We can supply any beef product. We only sell pure beef from our own closed herd of Salers cattle developed on our ranch over the past 47 years. Our beef sticks and ground beef patties have been popular in schools. *** All of our beef is slaughtered and packaged at a USDA licensed facility near Springfield, Oregon. It is packaged in sizes suitable for the customer and then frozen. Ground beef patties are commonly 2.8 ounces for our school accounts, though other sizes are available. We are able to provide ground beef in any fat percentage starting at 5% fat on up. We can supply the meat from 250 head annually, no order is too big, just give us some lead time on more than 4 head. We have various means of transport including commercial meat delivery transporters.
